TERMS & CONDITIONS
Your wedding/booking date will not be secure until the required deposit has been paid.
If the deposit has not been paid - your desired date/time will be re-opened & available for other clients to book.
CANCELLATION/CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING.
If you can no longer keep your appointment please contact me at least 5 days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee.
If I (Merry May) cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded immediately.
Any reduction in the number of people booked for your wedding/event will still need to be paid in full if less than 3 month's notice is given.
Please notify me of any changes to location as soon as possible as this may alter your quote.
If your Wedding is postponed I will hold deposit and transfer it to your new date. If your new date is unavailable, unfortunately, you will not be refunded.
Acceptable forms of payment are: Direct Transfer, Cash or Card The final balance is due 3 days prior to the event via bank transfer as one payment - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. A receipt/screen shot is required upon payment - Please make sure your full name is indicated on the Bank Transfer.
