TERMS & CONDITIONS

BOOKINGS

To secure your booking, a signed contract is required with a non-refundable 20% deposit due at the time of signing. Please be advised, dates and scheduled makeup times will only be reserved when a signed contract and deposit are received.


BOOKING TIMES
Each makeup requires a certain length of time to be finished, the usual timeframe is approximately 45 mins to 1 hour per person. When reserving your date, book accordingly. Merry May will arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up on the day.
Please comply with strict start time - a late start time will concur with a penalty fee of $50
Early morning fees: A $50 fee will be charged for booked appointment times before 7:00am.
Public Holiday Fees: A $50 fee will also be charged for bookings requested on a public holiday.

LIABILITY
All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between every makeup application. Makeup products used are hypoallergenic. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to

the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Merry May, from liability for any skin complications due allergic reaction.

TRAVEL FEES

A travel fee will be charged based from Hampton Park, located in South East Melbourne.
All costs for travel to a booked event are to be paid by client. Costs may include, but not limited to: airfare, hotel, transportation and parking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Merry May reserves the right to terminate this contract for any non-compliance of terms, contract will become void and all monies given are non-refundable. This booking arrangement cannot be changed after the artist/s arrives for the appointment. Appointments cancelled or changed within 60 days of wedding day will not be eligible for a refund on deposits. If Merry May cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded within two weeks.

PAYMENT

Acceptable forms of payment are: bank transfer only. The final balance is due 3 days prior to the event via bank transfer as one payment - no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. A receipt/screen shot is required upon payment - Please make sure your full name is indicated on the Bank Transfer.
