Personally, I didn’t think anti-aging products were a necessity. That part of beauty, I thought I didn’t need to worry about until I actually got older. I grew up being told to remember to moisturise every day, that smoking causes wrinkles and to not stay in the sun for too long (thanks mum). Those late nights (staring at a laptop/phone) have caught up and are now showing on my skin. Here are some of my simple, yet effective recommended habits to adopt to ensure that we look great as the years go by!
Moisturising with Coconut Oil
Google “benefits of using coconut oil” and an endless amount of articles and blogs will list the many great things using coconut oil. So soak up the information and soak up the benefits of coconut oil.

Frankincense Essential Oil
This has been around for millions of years and is known for its anti-aging properties. The top quality skin care products would have this as their main ingredient. If they don’t, add a drop into your daily moisturiser.
