- All Prices are calculated per person
- inclusive of complimentary false lashes
- at a fixed rate and are non-negotiable.
- Studio appointments are for Special Occasion H&MU Only (I do not take wedding bookings from Home Studio)

If you are thinking about making an enquiry, please do so as soon as possible.
I book a year out in advance on popular wedding dates.

Early Morning Fees:
An early morning start fee of $50 for every hour before 7:00am will apply if an early start is required.

Public Holiday Fees:
A $50 fee will also be charged for bookings requested on a public holiday.

Travel Fees
If required to travel, a travel fee plus any toll charges (if applicable) will be charged.

Hotel Parking:
If you plan on getting ready at a hotel, valet parking or any parking tickets will need to be arranged and paid for by the client.

Additional Artist Fees:
If a job requires more than 6 services or if there is a strict ready time, a 2nd artist may be required.
Additional travel, parking & service fees will differ & will apply per artist - as we are seperate freelancers/businesses.
If another artist needs to be arranged - I’m more than happy to organise this on your behalf with your approval as I have a list of talented and trustworthy artist friends who I work with often and have a similar style.

SECURING YOUR BOOKING.

- Your wedding/booking date will not be secure until the required deposit has been paid.

- If the deposit has not been paid - your desired date/time will be re-opened & available for other clients to book.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Standard Makeup & Hair Bookings:
If you can no longer keep your appointment please contact me at least 5 days in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 1 day (24 hours) of booking will attract a 100% cancellation fee.

If I (Merry May) cancels at any time or be unable to perform her duties for any reason and not be able to find a replacement makeup artist, the deposit paid will be fully refunded immediately.

Wedding Bookings:
Any reduction in the number of people booked for your wedding/event will still need to be paid in full if less than 3 month's notice is given.

If you decide to add extra people to the original booking, this may be accepted if there is enough time to fit them in.
Please notify me of any changes to location as soon as possible as this may alter your quote.

If your Wedding is postponed I will hold deposit and transfer it to your new date. If your new date is unavailable, unfortunately, you will not be refunded.
